NPC: A slimy eel
Long Desc: A slimy eel swims here, swallowing a water insect.

The eel is covered with a thin layer of poisonous slime, although it is
mostly harmless and does not attack unless provoked.  The eel snakes itself
though the water wiggling its body from side to side to propel itself.  It
is about the length of a large human and its teeth over hang it's upper jaw
and it would have a fierce bite.  The eel moves farther away from you
enjoying the safety of the open water.
It is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
