NPC: First mate Arnwal
Long Desc: A half-dressed paladin of some ancient Sepharian order stands here dolemnly.

The first mate is dressed in the bloodstained remains of his former
uniform.  He is a short chap with light brown hair and a compulsion to
straighten out his hopelessly tattered uniform.  He salutes those who pass
by and addresses everyone formally with a curled wooden pipe in one hand and
a monicled squint.  He seems to be hopelessly beyond the realization of his
situation as a recently marooned sailor.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
