NPC: Pielat
Long Desc: A man dressed in the remains of alien attire stands here looking skyward.

This man wears an odd uniform unlike any seen in the world.  His pants are
dark blue and torn and made of some synthetic fiber.  The man's shirt is
buttoned down the middle and has epaulettes on either shoulder.  Pinned to
his chest is a small medal embossed with angel wings.  Pielat is in good
spirits if a bit aloof as he stares at the sky for some sort of sign.  His
worried brow is topped by a strange black cap with glossy brim that shields
his light blue eyes.  He is a rugged sort of chap full of bravado and
smelling of whisky and cologne.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
