NPC: A ravenous seagull
Long Desc: A seagull emaciated with starvation scrounges for food.

A molting and emaciated seagull squawks psychotically at anything that
moves the poor bird is obviously mad with hunger.  Its feathers are sparse
at best but it manages flight and circles about looking for a healthy meal.
This sad avian has been driven beyond fear as it plummets down to attack.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
