NPC: A steam elemental
Long Desc: A furious rolling cloud of steam moves erratically about the cave.

A whirlwind of scalding steam explodes from the floor.  There is no
apparent fissure beneath the furious element or any other generator of such
a violent spirit.  Suddenly, the malevolent mist billows itself into a
humanoid form and dashes across the room, stops and jerks back into its
tornado like spin.
It is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
