NPC: A shimmering peregrin
Long Desc: Sparks fly from the fiery silver wings of a shimmering raptor nesting here.

This is a most beautiful raptor.  The avian has gleaming metallic silver
down that moves like mercury in the light.  It looks like the offspring of a
phoenix and a silver wyrm and may be the inspiration for the legends of such
beasts.  Its shrill screech like twisting steel precedes its disappearance
into a burst of molten vapor.  The beast reappears swooping in with a fresh
kill only moments after it vanished.
She is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
