NPC: A native medicine man
Long Desc: A native covered in octopus ink tattoos dances about a pile of bones.

A stout older human stares forward, his hand clasping a long, thin tribal
staff.  The man's icy-blue eyes are surrounded by folds of leathery wrinkles
that shutter close when he has occasion to smile.  A halo of wiry white hair
encircles the man's bald tan and stretches from ear to ear.  His loincloth
leaves much to imagination, especially when he turns about, although this
medicine man seems not to mind being the butt of such musings.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
