NPC: A madman
Long Desc: A man driven mad looks about for someone to unleash his rage upon.

Bulging red eyes glare from the pale emaciated canvass of a madman.  His
brown toothy smile is one of psychotic lust and he fixes it upon any who
stands before him.  The man's tattered clothes and starvation physique
states that he has been through much.  He howls an accusing babble then
lunges with tooth and nail screaming of some personal apocalypse.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
