NPC: An emperor penguin
Long Desc: A stately looking black and white bird stands over all he surveys.

This stately looking bird has one small shortcoming in its inability to
fly.  The creature has quite a knack for swimming and sliding on its belly
across snowdrifts however.  Unfortunately, this particular penguin does not
display the loveable antics of most of his brethren.  In fact the penguin
stares at trespassers as if to measure them up for a meal.  His dignified
posture is accentuated when he folds one wing across his belly and the other
behind his back.
He is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
