NPC: A seaturtle
Long Desc: A large seaturtle slowly makes its way across the beach.

Appearing like a large barnacle-covered rock that slowly slides across the
horizon, this aged amphibian makes no rush about anything.  Its hide is a
thick, scared testament to its great age.  Large barnacles have grown on to
the turtle's shell making look oddly similar to a miniature volcanic isle.
He is a sea serpent approximately 20'9" tall.
