NPC: A blowfish
Long Desc: A round little fish covered in spikey scales floats about.

The small puffer fish, also known as a blowfish, is covered in thick
hornlike spines.  It is not much of a fighter but has an uncanny ability to
win battles without striking a single blow.  Well maybe on blow, you see the
blowfish is able to swell its body many times greater than it appears.  The
swollen form of a puffer fish is round and stretched like a balloon and
covered in dangerously rigid spines.  Most predators leave this fish alone,
intimidated by its size when swelled.
She is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
