NPC: A devout worshiper
Long Desc: A frantic devoutee worships by chanting and walking in endless circles.

A modest citizen swims in circles around the central courtyard as they pray
for prosperity and ease to the suffering of the city.  The attire worn by
this person is similar to that of the majority of worshipers here, it
consists of a long green robe with ample fin holes.  Worshippers rarely stop
their continuous clockwise circle until they drop from exhaustion.
She is a merman approximately 5'6" tall.
