NPC: A starfish
Long Desc: Resting on the ocean floor is a five armed starfish.

A tomato red starfish arches slightly across a long discarded volcanic rock.
The fish lay spread wide as a man in mid stretch and its slowly bronzing
arms rivaling any normal octopus' tentacles.  Its corpse-like motion would
bring one to think that it is deceased but the tiniest twitch at the end of
its topmost arm warns different.
He is a fish approximately 1'6" tall.
