NPC: A false prophet
Long Desc: A man jumps about here raising his fists to the sky and cursing the powers.

Dressed in stately white robes this impressive prophet shakes a tightly
clenched fist at the world above and dares the powers to answer for their
capricious nature.  The group of citizens before him seems in awe of his
audacity and hangs on his every word.  Between blasphemies he speaks to the
crowd to abandon the gods and worship only what they know to be real, death
and suffering.
He is a merman approximately 5'6" tall.
