NPC: Innamar the breaker
Long Desc: A powerful avatar, shrouded in divinity, watches you silently from his throne.

He is the holy Avatar of Ina and is the only human that resides permanently
in this lost city.  There is an azure, supernatural glow that radiates from
his body; it is so intense that his face remains a blur of bluish white
light.  A comfortable warmth spreads from the light, heating up the
surroundings.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
