NPC: Beuchaan, the cook
Long Desc: A hearty looking merman in an apron carries a warm tray of treats.

A large well-built merman emerges from the kitchen with a broad smile and
tray of steamy morsels.  His chef's hat waggles buoyantly behind him as he
moves about serving his guests.  Beauchaan is a master chef that has
traveled all over the oceans and even above water to collect the greatest
recipes known.  Upon his apron is written 'Kill the cook!'  Known that such
look thing would never happen, it is his little way of getting a dig in on the
authorities.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
