NPC: A royal merman guard
Long Desc: A royal guard of the merfolk is here, defending the Ina palace.

The guard looks at you suspiciously and you wonder if this is really the
place you want to visit.  These guards are the royal guards to the king of
this underwater haven.  They are slightly built wearing armor and wielding
weapons made of a material not found anywhere else in Alyria.  Most of their
day is spent guarding the palace gates, so they must be very experienced
with most situations.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
