NPC: The kitchen guard
Long Desc: A suspicious palace guard stands here, waiting for his break.

This guard has been posted to a most humbling positon.  He is the
guardian of the kitchen and his main duty is to make sure no one sneaks in
and poisons the king's food.  His other more glamorous duty is to see to it
that all of the refuse from the kitchen is dumped into the garbage shoot.
The poor merman won't say how he ended up here but agrees that it was in no
part due to good fortune.
He is a merman approximately 5'7" tall.
