NPC: A royal butler
Long Desc: One of the royal Ina butlers is here, ready to serve.

A merman dressed in brightly colored attire of purple with shades of blue
stands here.  He is the royal butler to the King of Ina.  In the evening, he
can sometimes be found sneaking about the palace halls suspiciously.  Busily
moving about, the butler asks you if there is anything he can do to make
your stay at the palace more comfortable.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
