NPC: The royal swordmaster
Long Desc: The royal swordmaster is here, beside his beloved king.

The swordmaster wields a sword that is comparable to any of the legendary
swords of old as far as craftsmanship is concerned.  He is responsible for
training the King's army and has the sole responsibility of being the King's
personal bodyguard.  It appears he will have his hands full serving the
King.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
