NPC: A false prophet
Long Desc: A deranged man, in nothing but body paint, points his finger at all who pass.

This self-professed holy man's face is wildly contorted from fervor.  He
screams and points at individuals in the crowed as he tells them to repent
for all their misdeeds.  Saliva is thrown forth in great arcs as he
enthusiastically babbles his prophecies of the end of the underwater world.
He dictates the coming of surface dwellers in droves, great armies of air
breathers that will deliver the wrath of the powers.
He is a merman approximately 5'7" tall.
