Long Desc: An uncommonly stocky merman belts out a lively polka on a tubba.

An uncommonly stocky merman stands center stage performing an uncommon
musical act for the patrons of this dive.  His mannerisms are almost alien
to the majority of merfolk in this city but his unique a musical skill seems
to draw all attention away from that.  He plays a terribly battered tuba
with utter gusto and belts out a rolling polka for the few who choose to
dance to it.
It is a merman approximately 5'7" tall.
