Long Desc: A lovely young mermaid caters to her patients.

Elleva's illegitimate daughter, Valle, tends to the inventory that is
kept in the informal living quarters of her mother.  The young teen has a
natural beauty to rival any mermaid.  She has dark sea-green hair, supple
skin and the voice of a siren.  The girl is strong willed but a bit naive as
she asks brash and sometimes absurd questions about the surface world.  She
claims that triton is her father but so do so many whimsical children.
She is a mermaid approximately 5'7" tall.
