NPC: A merman
Long Desc: A merman rests here, relaxing from a long day at work.

These mermen are members of the middle class: the hard working citizens of
Ina.  After a long day's work, they like to come home to their family and
lounge around lazily to catch up on the day's events.  This particular
merman has a sort of a worried look upon his face as he watches visitors
enter his home.  He undoubtedly finds any intrusion to his home worthy of
panic.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
