Long Desc: A grotesque looking sea hag attends to her patients with tender loving care.

Standing before you is an oddly akward looking merwoman unlike any that
inhabit the surrounding city.  She is wearing a long, white robe with two
intertwined snakes embroidered on the breast.  It would seem that she is the
one to seek by any who are in need of medical attention.
She is a sea hag approximately 5'6" tall.
