NPC: The spectre of Queen Siyarna
Long Desc: The sad spirit of a heavenly mermaid floats by craddling her own severed head.

The ghastly shade of the most recent queen of Ina wanders these retched
halls cursed by her own remorse.  Her translucent figure is as shapely in
death as it was in life and the only aspect that one might find unattractive
is her severed head that she cradles in her arms.  The queen obviously met a
violent death and now her restless spirit conspires for justice.
She is a mermaid approximately 5'5" tall.
