NPC: A translucent tendril
Long Desc: A transparent tendril winds its way about flailing at anything that moves.

Stretching through the corridor are endlessly long tentacles.  They look
like they are made of solidified water.  If they remained motionless they
would be very difficult to see but they flail about relentlessly smashing at
everything in reach.  Obvious conscious movement only comes when they lash
toward suspected prey like a deadly whip.
It is a wraith approximately 5'5" tall.
