NPC: An icy-white sea dragon
Long Desc: The blind white eye of a monstrous ice serpent glares down hungrily.

A horrendous beast with one great pearly white cataract of an eye glares
down.  It rears its head back howling from behind a cavernous maw of
sword-like teeth that drip with blood and saliva.  The death cry pierces the
ice crystals that encase the room causing them to explode and send bitter
wisps of shrapnel into the distance.  The images of each of this creature's
victim's final moments assail your mind from its psychic assault.  It pauses
in a silent reverence as its putrid breath engulfs the room in a steamy
cloud before its final commitment to an all out attack.
It is a dragon approximately 10'1" tall.
