NPC: A salamander slave master
Long Desc: A salamander slave master laughs cruelly at his suplicant's misery.

Thickly muscled and well feed these salamander slave masters are the
antithesis of their weak and hungry subordinates.  The salamander is almost
identical to the merfolk except that they are larger and have harshly
aggressive personalities.  They enjoy dominating weaker sea folk and
exercising their cruel nature.
He is a salamander approximately 5'6" tall.
