NPC: A shivering selkie
Long Desc: A diminuative water sprite is huddled in the corner shivering with fear.

A small selkie sits huddled in a corner shivering with fear that her captors
have come back to have some more 'fun' with her.  She sits balled up with
her emaciated webbed arms hugging her sea lion-like tail bent up where her
knees would be.  She takes a quick glace from behind her mottled hair long
enough for a tear to flow off her cheek with the current.  It is obvious
that someone has beaten the legendary ferocity of the selkie out of this
youngster as she pleads for assistance.
She is a sprite approximately 0'1" tall.
