NPC: A downtrodden slave
Long Desc: A molting merman slave weakly strikes at the walls.

Mermen whose bodies are twisted and broken from years of digging in this
mine seem to have lost all hope of leaving.  Some are so emaciated that they
could easily slip out of their shackles but for lack of hope they do not.
Their scales are in a sickly state of molting probably due to the intense
heat of this cave.  They are devoid of any clothing and bear brand and whip
marks all about their exposed flesh.
He is a merman approximately 5'6" tall.
