NPC: A false prophet
Long Desc: A man here wears tusks on his head and gyrates with religious fervor.

Dressed in only a thin loincloth and strapped on antlers this savage
looking man undulates in an animalistic sexual fury.  He thrust back and
forth and screams gibberish about the disease of lust and its ramifications
on the soul.  The prophet occasionally turns to expose his bare bottom at
the crowd and point at it as if it were a metaphor for the morality of the
citizens before him.  He is crazed with an animal nature and displays it
well.
He is a merman approximately 5'6" tall.
