NPC: A spectral shade
Long Desc: An undead shade flies here, shifting colors.

This shade seems to be made of every color of the spectrum, and is
definitely not of this world.  Their body is translucent and has a red tint
to it.  They are more than likely the tortured souls of the prisoners that
have been locked away down within the dark dungeons of this palace.
It is a undead approximately 5'7" tall.
