NPC: Karal Lazyeye
Long Desc: A cranky merman fiddles about reshelving books.

Buried behind stacks of used books is a squatting merman muttering to
himself.  The merman is Karal and with a gravelly voice and unflinching
slung eye he lets everyone know that he is the boss.  Karal swims with tail
twitch that is equivalent to a bipedal limp.  Overall Karal looks as though
he has seen some hard times before becoming a crotchety old shop keep.
It is a merman approximately 5'7" tall.
