NPC: A sponge streetlight
Long Desc: A sponge is here, providing light along the street.

It appears that the denizens of Atlantis have Nature working for them.
What really seems odd is that the sponges appear to be content on helping
the merfolk as they offer their talent.  The sponges of the ocean are
harvested and used as a source of light for this city, deep in the dark
ocean depths.
He is a unique approximately 4'8" tall.
