Long Desc: A brigand is here, and a man of importance from what you can gather.

This man is obviously a member of some underground rogue group.  He is
wearing dirty clothing and a heavy beard.  His hair is ratty and needs
washed.  He smells of brandy and walks with a slight limp.  Perhaps he is
not the right man to talk to about finding your way out of the sewers.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
