NPC: A royal merman guard
Long Desc: A royal guard of the merfolk is here, defending the Atlantian palace.

The guard looks at you suspiciously and you wonder if this is really the
place you want to visit.  These guards are the royal guards to King Triton
XVII, the king of this underwater haven.  They are slightly built wearing
armor and wielding weapons made of a material not found any where else in
Alyria.  Most of their day is wasted by just standing here watching over the
palace gates.
He is a merman approximately 5'7" tall.
