The huge citadel of the merfolk rises into the water for hundreds of feet
upward.  Stunning walls of white rise as stark contrast to deep blue of the
surrounding ocean.  Archers line the wall above the doorway; all bows are
taunt and ready as any person ventures close to the walls.  A magical glow
from the arrow tips gleam, the magic that allows the arrows to cut through
the water without error.
A royal guard of the merfolk is here, defending the Atlantian palace.
