NPC: A black and white speckled cow
Long Desc: A black and white speckled cow grazes through the area.

Just an ordinary looking black and white cow, many animals such as this
are raised by the farmeres in the area to provide beef and milk for the
surrounding communities.  This one seems to be happy as long as it has
plenty of grass to eat.
He is a buffalo approximately 7'0" tall.
