NPC: An idle farm hand
Long Desc: An idle farm hand is here, taking an extended break from work.

The farm hand should be working hard harvesting wheat, although they have
decided to take a break without permission from the overseer.  If they are
caught it will be reprimanded by being told to do overtime work.  It is
cruel to see how badly the overseer treats the peasants who work his field.
Perhaps if he'd let them take more breaks, they might get more work done!
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
