This quest [2098] is called 'Smelly Sewers!',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Over the past few weeks, many people, plus myself, have noticed that in
the sewer's in the pathway to Ilandrama Library, there are many carcass's
of dead rats. This is more of a concern to me than you might first think.
Ilandrama Library has the most knowledge in it to educate people than any
other place in Sigil, Vospire and even Diocletian. Only the most determined
students venture through the smelly sewers in order to reach the Library,
while all the others tend to simply avoid the place. I cannot allow this to
continue happening that is why you must, with some volunteers, begin to
clean up the sewers and rid it of the plagued rats living and dying within
it. May the Powers guide and protect you!
