NPC: A plagued rat
Long Desc: A plagued rat is here, gnawing an animal bone.

This parasite-ridden vermin scuttles about, scavenging through the filth
of the sewers.  You have no doubt that it is infested with more unwholesome
things than you could count.  You are also quite certain by the foam about
its mouth, and the twitching way it moves that it is infected with some sort
of nasty disease.  You'd best keep your distance, as it could be rabid as
well.
She is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
