This quest [1023] is called 'Mounting Crisis',
for Adventurers levels 25 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
We have been having a problem with sanitation in the city since the
recent heavy rains have overwhelmed our water control systems.. This has
caused many serious health concerns. I'd like you to search north of the
city as well as here in town for rare herbs that aid in stopping plague
before it gets completely out of hand. Also, I'd like you to track down
some of the animals that have been said to carry the plague and kill them to
keep other civilians from catching it. I'm counting on you to help in this
time of trouble. Your speedy efforts will save many lives and earn you a
fine reward upon your return. May the Powers go with you on this mission of
mercy! Just remember, time is of the essence!
