NPC: A mangy dog
Long Desc: A mangy, disease ridden dog shivers here, scratching at fleas.

This dog appears to be a stray, but you can understand why its owners
abandoned it.  As you watch the poor thing twitch and scratch, you notice
small pustules in the patches of missing fur.  This dog probably has every
disease and parasite you could name.  It would be best to put it out of its
misery.
He is a domestic dog approximately 3'7" tall.
