This quest is called 'Abandoned Dogs',

Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
A recent rumor circulating around Rune, is that I am in fact very anti-dog. Some reports say that I was seen kicking a dog, and that kind of
behavior will not be tolerated by the people of Rune. I believe I can
salvage my reputation by adopting one of the worlds many lost dogs. Please
journey to some of the dog hotspots, and bring back possible dogs that I can adopt. May the powers guide you!

*Up to 55 quest points, 5 practice points, 23,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 11,000 gold pieces.

Phase 2: Rescue A stray dog.
Phase 3: Rescue A mangy dog.
Phase 4: Rescue a dragon wolf.
Phase 6: Journey to Faithful Companions.
