NPC: A stray dog
Long Desc: A stray dog is here, wandering about forlornly.

It is a small, bone-thin, stray dog.  It looks very unkempt and is
covered in dirt and grime.  It desperately needs to be cleaned as it
emanates a strong, foul odor.  Bits of rotting meat are stuck in its mouth
and hang from its teeth, making its stench even stronger.  It pitifully
scrounges here for food.
She is a domestic dog approximately 3'6" tall.
