This quest [1027] is called 'Sigil Spring Clean-Up!',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I will be receiving a group of delegates from Rune in a few days' time.
They are here to discuss potential investment collaborations between the
towns of Rune and Sigil. Both Lord Agrippa and I hope that this may foster
closer ties between our towns. However, at present the town is not in any
shape to welcome these delegates. I charge you to pay a visit to various
places of interest in Sigil and inform the people responsible for each of
them to clean up in preparation for the upcoming visits.. In addition,
there is a need to inform certain prominent figures of Sigil to attend a
welcoming party for the delegates when they arrived so I wish you to visit
them as well Do hurry, as time is very short. Your efforts will be rewarded
upon your successful return.
