Long Desc: A master necromancer is here, performing a dark ritual.

The goal of all the apprentice necromancers you have seen in this area is
to achieve the rank of master.  Necromancers who have advanced this far in
their studies wear robes of midnight blue, and are surrounded by an obvious
aura of darkness.  As this powerful wizard passes, apprentices of various
degrees give him a wide berth as a show of respect.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
