state of affairs here. It seems that prisoners have been tortured
unnecessarily without my permission and that the instructors are abusing
their powers at the Academy. Baron von Hannibal must be informed regarding
these matters and asked to investigate them fully. In addition, I have also
heard rumors about the necromancers at Ilandrama Library dabbling in
certain dark magics that are not sanctioned by me. I want you to seek out
these wayward individuals to teach them a lesson they will not easily
forget! Your efforts to ensure the citizenry's peace of mind regarding
these matters will be well rewarded upon your return.
