The Dark Mistress takes a morbid pleasure from torturing prisoners here.
She cackles with glee when new prisoners are brought to her to work upon.
You hear her let out small moans and whimpers every time she lashes her whip
across someone's back.  For some reason, you have little doubt she would
enjoy having the tables turned on her.  She grins evilly at you when she
notices you've been watching.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
